We ship from San Diego, CA, so please expect max times when shipping to the east coast (New York, Boston, Miami, etc.)

Returns are accepted up to 7 days from delivery (as stated on tracking number). To make a return, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@habitskin.shop.

• Return window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery 
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received 
• Refunds: Habit Skincare will provide a 100% refund, minus shipping costs, for eligible items 
• Refunds processed: Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving the return 
• Returning items: Once the return is approved, Noissue will send a return shipping label to the customer's email address

Our organic, proprietary formula has a melting point of about 120 degrees Fahrenheit; therefore, under almost all conditions our product is stable. Keep in your purse or your car without fear of melting.

One quick note: Because our product is made with 100% organic ingredients, the oil, wax, and aloe can separate under certain conditions, leaving mini beads of wax in the stick of formula. This is completely normal for organic formulas and does not negatively affect the quality of the product once applied.

Our organic, proprietary formula is packed-full of ingredients with antimicrobial properties. However, all consumable products eventually expire. The shelf life of most lip and body balms typically ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on the ingredients and packaging. Please assume ours will last about the same amount of time.

Beeswax is a natural byproduct of bees making honey. Beeswax is secreted by glands under the abdomen of bees to build honeycombs. Technically, this makes Beeswax an animal byproduct, but Beeswax does not contain animal or insect flesh and is therefore widely considered vegetarian. Bees are not harmed in making of Beeswax.

Depending on your definition of whether or not an animal byproduct like Beeswax is vegan, there is open debate about whether Besswax is vegetarian or vegan.

However, for the sake of our brand, we consider it to be vegetarian.

Our Plant-based Squalane Oil is sourced from olives, it is not sourced from animal liver, or synthetic.

Our Thicc Chick™ jumbo sized applicator is made of BPA-free plastic.

We tried bamboo, metal, and paper applicators over the years to try to find a perfect sustainable option, but they negatively effected our organic and natural formulation. Because of this, we must use plastic.

However, we hope our larger size plastic container allows you to keep your product for longer and thus produce less waste than smaller lip balm tubes would allow.

That being said, our outer shipping packaging is 100% compostable! Even the plastic bubble mailer and the sticker, you say? Yep! Even the plastic bubble wrap and the sticker, we say.

We source a custom-designed bubble mailer made with compostable bubble wrap. We do our best to do our part to not contribute more trash than necessary to the planet with our shipping materials.
